Responsibilities:
• Own the implementation of marketing communications
• Working with Marketing Managers and internal and/or external creative resources, drive the development of marketing communications through facilitation, scheduling, tracking and progress reporting.
• Implement communications through marketing channels and know appropriate SLAs and requirements for each channel (e.g., Relationship Marketing, content management system, email platform, etc.)
• Work in partnership with Marketing Managers to help determine budget and channel strategies to achieve business objectives
• Schedule and lead kick-off and status meetings with cross-functional marketing teams, designated agencies and creative resources
• Know and leverage the tools and processes that are part of the Integrated Marketing Framework (IMF), which the marketing organization recognizes as the standard operating procedure for key initiatives
• Become knowledgeable of all team tools and processes (e.g., team intranet site, the Integrated Marketing Framework) as well as the services and responsibilities of various functional teams within the Managed Marketplaces Marketing organization (Channel Management, Creative Services, etc.)
• Build, distribute and maintain communication development schedules. Drive clarity on individual roles and responsibilities before and during the development process
• Track progress against planned schedules; identify and communicate risks, driving to resolution or agreed-upon adjustments
• Enter and maintain relevant information within tracking tools
• When necessary, step outside of the role to fill gaps for the “greater good,” acting as positive, proactive example of cross-functional collaboration

Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in project management roles or positions that require a project management background
• Proven ability to execute on time and within budget in a complex fast-moving environment
• Strong organizational dexterity – ability to successfully interact across all levels within the company
• Strong communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, innovate, and flex to meet changing requirements
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fluid environment
• Team player who is at their best working with various functional areas within a matrixed organization
