Lead project-planning efforts to determine project scope, staffing needs, scheduling; identify risks and issues; and develop contingency plans. Facilitate the project kick-off with project team members and appropriate stakeholders. In coordination with project team members and resource managers, as appropriate, manage the day-to-day details of project(s), including the plan, schedule, resources, task assignments, scope, budget, and risks. Support business needs by leading the effort to develop creative approaches to problem solving and ensuring quality deliverables. Report schedule, budget, and delivery details to project stakeholders.

The Project Manager is a key role as part of an End-user services team with primary responsibility for managing Integration related projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall planning and coordination of technical and operational support teams for support of internal information system-specific support and service projects. This role is responsible for success in the investigation, planning, delivery, implementation and operational hand-off of the projects/solutions.

Responsibilities: Coordinate IT staff, internal business customers, partners, and stakeholders to capture project requirements, project cost estimates, perform feasibility/needs assessments and determine impacts of EUS operational support teams, back-office support teams, Corporate Real Estate, end users, project sponsors and stakeholders. Independently manage projects that are large in scale, complex in nature and deadlines critical as these projects have direct impact to financial goals of the business.
