Project Manager, Digital Marketing

Responsible for planning end-to-end execution of all promotional marketing programs, from strategic planning stages through creative implementation, across all channels including traditional print collateral and digital media. Clearly and actively communicates and traffics program schedules, deliverables and expectations to all team members.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Defines CRM/promotions/sampling workflow process; identifies means to integrate and improve efficiency between marketing, CRM, merchandise, and planning teams
• Activates and manages individual components of marketing campaigns, across channels including: digital media, inbox collateral, direct mail, and in-store marketing/collateral
o Digital media experience especially important as position manages a variety of digital channels including site, mobile and social platforms
• Creates and publishes comprehensive schedules and sets interim milestone meetings, integrating digital and traditional media touch-points in process. Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results
• Fosters partnerships with Creative, Digital, Distribution Centers and Planning teams. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle
• Partners upstream w/ strategic partners in Digital Marketing, Merchandise and CRM to communicate strategic milestones and provide executional considerations for brief
• Manages day-to-day tasks of program execution for key cross-channel campaigns:
o Opens jobs and builds job folders w/ all project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final product archive of job info
o Tracks schedules and updates status reports for weekly status meetings
• Tracks programs to budget; has a good understanding of budget and any co-op funding; facilitates conversation between Creative, Marketing and producer if/when costs impact design &/or budget
• Sources branded collateral and manages multi-sample kitting projects: partners with promotions team on new concepts, selects and manages vendors. Works with inventory team to ensure product is sent to/from distribution centers and kitting vendors according to schedule

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• 4-6 years’ experience in program/account/marketing project management
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Operations, digital, ecommerce or retail experience preferred
• Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams to get work done
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results/push programs forward
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities
• Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
