Project Manager (Digital, Creative, and Marketing)

Vitamin T's client designs and develops transactional engagement platforms that develop personal relationships between companies and their customers. Through kiosk, online applications, mobile apps, digital signage, call centers, and life-cycle management methods, consumers enjoy more self-service freedom with ordering, payment and collecting rewards.

They are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager for its Marketing and Creative functional areas.

In this role, you will work across the full gamut of the Marketing and Creative portfolios – proactively planning, guiding, tracking and reporting on multiple projects. You will be forecasting labor/skills needs – ensuring adequate resource needs for projects; actively engaging in creative, marketing, technical, legal, and logistics. In this role, you will be at the cross-roads for projects, programs and tasks flowing in and out of Marketing and Creative.

Outside of the Marketing and Creative realms, you will be an exemplary community citizen, partner and conduit to other functional areas of the organization (i.e. product management, PMO, applications and software development, QA, sales, business development, etc.)

*Travel: You will be required to travel domestically and internationally based on business needs and demands.

-Project Management – 7+ years’ project management in a marketing and creative environment
-Client Engagement – exemplary internal and external client engagement skills – building and maintaining positive & productive relationships
-Communication, Negotiation and Influencing – exemplary verbal and written English language communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to negotiate tradeoffs and consensus building across key stakeholders
-Marketing, Creative & Technical Savvy – demonstrated depth and breadth of knowledge and know-how in product and services marketing; creative workflows and processes; ability to recognize the limitations and capabilities of development; and, technical/technological tools of the trade
-Skill Set and Jargon – able to communicate across marketing; creative; product management; and, applications and software development
-Personality – influential, level-headed, creative, innovative, can-do attitude, jump right in and get it done work ethic, results-driven

-Partner with Marketing and Creative leaders and professional staff in project planning through and including execution
-Experience working on large scale projects in an e-commerce environment.
-Collaborate with key stakeholders in the defining of project success criteria and disseminate them to involved resources throughout the project life cycle; keep resources on target and on time; remove roadblocks
-Ownership and accountability of accurate and timely development of project plans – including timelines, deliverables, resourcing and budgets
-Coordination, tracking and reporting for multiple projects across marketing and creative
-Proactive identification and mitigation of project risks
-Proactive identification and securing of project resource needs (i.e. people, tools, etc.)
-Proven ability to multi-task, interact and partner successfully with internal/external clients and partners and cross-functional teams working across dispersed locations
-Communicate regularly and effectively with internal/external partners and clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions; establish and manage partner and client expectations
-Ensure project plans and supporting documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
-Critical thinking – know when to reach out and escalate issues to leadership

-Demonstrated subject matter expertise in project management for marketing and creative, within an Agile process and methodology
-Proven project and workflow management skills; demonstrated capabilities working with other project managers
-Be a bridge between marketing, creative, development and technical; sometimes leading, other times as an active participant – always driving for enhanced collaboration broadly and deeply
-Well-developed creative sensibilities (demonstrated ability to speak the language of creative)
-Awareness and savvy in wire framing, skinning, etc.
-Demonstrated passion and success working directly with internal and external clients, partners and vendors
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills
-Strong marketing, creative and technical aptitude
-Consumer facing experience gained in fast-paced, high-tech, start-up ventures
-Flexible, adaptable; comfort with ambiguity and responding quickly to rapidly evolving risks and opportunities
-Strong bias for action; ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Street smarts; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team, client and organization goals
-Bachelor’s degree required
