Project Manager-Change Management - Part Time

PLEASE NOTE: This is a Part-time role, 2-3 days per work week.

Converts strategy into reality through execution of high priority, complex projects. Uses appropriate tools and techniques to successfully manage projects according to the triple constraints of scope, timeline and budget while fulfilling quality requirements and managing risk. Supports Project Lead in managing the project team, vendors and stakeholders so that stated project objectives, benefits and solution requirements are met. Partners with Organizational Effectiveness on change management activities.

Job Role:

• Partners with Project Lead to fully define project opportunities and support project from idea to post implementation.
• Supports Project Lead in meetings, with the line of business, to discuss the scope and approach of the project.
• Partners with OE PMO Lead to align with the Company's project management methodology.
• Plans and manages cross-functional projects using the Company's project management methodology.
• Utilizes project management knowledge to anticipate potential barriers, provide solutions and ensure the successful completion and handover of projects.
• Manages time and costs associated with the project to ensure they are realistic and that the project is completed within scope, schedule, quality, and budget estimates.
• Incorporates quality systems into all stages of the project to ensure deliverables meet quality requirements.
• Integrates risk management procedures into processes, projects and systems.
• Tracks Project performance and provides Project Status updates on a regular basis using Company reporting methodology.

Minimum Requirements:

• A BS Degree in Computer, Natural Science, Math or Business Administration is required. Solid relevant experience may be substituted when appropriate. Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience required with demonstrated success in managing cross functional projects. Consulting and qualitative/analytical experience preferred. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Lean Methodology preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership skills; has the ability to step in and act as project lead as necessary.
• Demonstrates superior written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office.
• Extensive knowledge of project management required.
• Has the ability to influence others.
• Is proficient at problem solving, negotiation, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute and follow-up in a timely manner and anticipate problems and roadblocks.
