We are hiring a Project Manager Associate for our leading coffee global retailer in Seattle Wa to create comprehensive project plans; detailing project schedule, resource estimates, quality requirements and metrics, and organizational change management activities. Enables and supports completion of all steps required to obtain project funding and resource acquisition approvals. Defines and documents project work breakdowns, monitors task status, updates work estimates and incorporates new tasks into plan as needed. Supports and manages risks, issues and change management process, as needed:
- Ensures that project status reports are relevant, transparent & add value
- Enables project roles and responsibilities and provides team members with clear direction.
* Ideal candidate will be experienced in budget management and accounting. Support invoice reconciliation and planning.
- Works with direct guidance from senior program management leadership
- Drives small cross-functional projects or efforts, as needed
Ideal candidate will be experienced in Information Technology (IT) project based roles: 3-5-years.
Experience with release management and scrum / agile process a plus.
Someone who has been focused on invoicing process, forecasting, finance, and vendor management purely from an invoicing perspective. They will also assist in facilitating SOW's and process for trace-ability for the team
This candidate needs to be a strong driver, Only need to be told direction once and can take the tasks and execute in timely fashion. They need to have the awareness to escalate when needed, and know when things can be handled with their own knowledge.
