We are seeking an Enterprise Project Manager for the Enterprise Customer-Facing PMO team for our medical technoloy client. This position will be assigned as a Lead Project Manager for various project assignments as approved. Project teams may need to reorganize or otherwise shift priorities to support the new organizational structure throughout the length of the contract. Ability to be “agile” in their efforts is essential. This position will drive project management best practices to cover all aspects of these projects and have full visibility and support of upper management. They will be handling at least one and potentially multiple projects with high visibility and will be reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of the Customer-Facing PMO. The position will also require an excellent business and management background. This will help when pulling together the appropriate teams to support changes/projects and ultimately help drive the project through to fruition.

~Must have 3+ years of “enterprise-level” project management experience.
~Must have experience working in a corporation with 3,000+ employees.
~Experience managing budgets of $500K.
~Prefer expert with MS Project and Excel.
~Must have experience with senior-level executive communications.
~Experience in a regulated environment (FDA, HIPAA or Financial) and or in IT projects a plus.
~Prefer an overall general understanding of large IT operating environments. Networks, Data Centers, Microsoft 365, Cloud Management, SDLC, Release Management, Change Control, Desktop Support, Service Desks, IT-Talk, PC literacy; being familiar with how the pieces fit together Day to day duties
- Facilitate meetings and coordinate resources to ensure successful project progress and completion
- Develop, prioritize and track action items and issues; document all necessary items as needed
- Manage schedules, budget, resources and timelines surrounding multi-million dollar projects;
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Run internal meetings with high-level stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans; showing tasks, resources, dependencies and status throughout the life of the project, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Create, maintain and present executive-level communications describing project status
- Utilization of MS Project 2013, Office 2013, Visio 2010, SharePoint 2013, 3PM (MS Project Server), Outlook, File Share
