Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of currently defined campaigns and/or any other campaign projects or other deliverables as assigned.
As necessary, establish/contribute fundamental project management tools and methodologies within the specified business unit required to effectively deliver project campaigns from inception through execution and closure.
Work independently as a collaborative resource within the team in the effort to strategize and deliver organizational goals and objectives. Must be physically located full time in the facility to enable proper program oversight and management of Advanced Communications workstreams.
• Define and maintain projects/campaigns scope and targets in collaboration with management
• Assimilate multiple consultant deliverables
• PM strategy implementation
• Drive post mortem on consulting effectiveness and strategy
• Create a detailed work plans specifying sequences and activities needed to successfully complete projects/campaigns
• Determine and outline required resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project/campaigns
• Develop and maintain schedules that effectively plans resource alignment to project/campaign activities
• Determine and formalize objectives and KPI's upon which the projects/campaigns will be evaluated.
• Identify and manage against potential risks and issues
• Identify potential project/campaign gaps and work to develop/implement approved recommendations.
• Manage project resources (staff/consultants) against project/campaign deliverables in accordance with established policies and practices of the organization
• Ensure that project/campaign information and records are properly developed, updated and stored utilizing existing enterprise tools and systems in accordance with established policies and practices of the organization
• Execute and monitor all projects/campaigns according to plan, make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of defined work.
• Where required develop forms and records to document project activities
• Establish and maintain reporting tools and cadence to update management, stakeholders and appropriate staff on projects/campaign status
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project teams on a regular basis to ensure that established standards and quality are met
• Ensure that project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project/campaigns against established targets, Develop and implement approved recommendations and enhancements as required
