Our client is seeking a Project Manager for a 6-month onsite contract in Duluth, Georgia. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage project plans to launch multiple marketing and communication programs over the next several months. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tasks, define timing and manage resources to execute accurately and on-time. Projects will include marketing programs, including the delivery of the defined strategy, development of the creative design, execution of all marketing components and channels, data management, communications and optimization through testing, and analysis.

Responsibilities Include:
• Partnering with cross-functional internal and external teams to drive the end-to-end development and implementation of marketing projects.
• Identifying, documenting and tracking tasks, milestones, dependencies, owners and timing to prevent risk to accurate and on-time execution
• Achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans
• Managing problems with the completion of audits, reviewing data to identify production trends, and driving resolution
• Increasing efficiencies by determining system and process improvements needed and implementing change
• Leveraging effective project plan tracking and reporting solutions
• Leading and facilitating status update meetings to keep projects on-time and identify risks
• Ensuring follow through of project plans with key stakeholders
• Monitoring project activities ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of information; identify inefficiencies or disconnects and recommend solutions
• Prioritizing and pivoting as needed to deliver on our objectives
• Receiving little instructions on day-to-day work and general instructions for new assignments
• Interacting with outside vendors as needed

Primary Skills Required:
• 5+ years of project management experience with some time spent in large, matrixed organizations
• Proficient in one or more project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF
• Proven ability to manage deadlines
• Demonstrated success in driving to outcomes on-time and within budget
• Ability to develop strategies to ensure project success
• Flexibility to handle directional changes and proficient at managing multiple project concurrently
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Networks with contributors to advance knowledge and optimize solutions
• Collaborates and builds strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization, and with resources across multiple locations, to deliver on our priorities
• Works well under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who is able to work independently and as a member of a team
• Manages time effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Additional Skills/Requirements:
• Proficient with QuickBase
• CAPM Certification
