PROJECT MANAGER:

Can you multi-task and meet high demand deadlines? Vitamin T is looking for a Project Manager for a cool creative technology company that needs someone to keep people, projects, and resources on track.

Responsibilities
• Manage the workflow of day-to-day traffic and project management within a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative marketing team
• Create project schedules and identify the most suitable resources to work on a program based on skills, experience and workload
• Review project requests with field marketing and follow up on missing information and assets
• Take end-to-end ownership for project delivery from scoping to execution to measurement
• Manage outside resources, bringing in freelance talent as required in advance of resource gaps based on timeline and budget priorities
• Consistently communicate between the project team and internal customer team to ensure program direction stays consistent with the objective and is delivered on time
• Partner with Team Leader to prioritize projects, create new timelines, establish deliverables and facilitate production
• Assist in tracking marketing project budgets and costs
• Proactively provide project information and updates to project team and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with project team members and stakeholders
• Manage and control project scope
• Communicate project risks and issues impacting time and scope as early as possible along with proposed solutions or mitigations
• Prepare and deliver status reports with the metrics needed to determine project status to project team and stakeholders

• Must have extreme flexibility and negotiating skills
• Adaptive and able to respond in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work independently, while keeping Team Lead informed
• Highly organized self-starter
• Willingness to travel to company-sponsored events
• Ad Agency experience a plus
Qualifications
• BA/BS from an accredited university with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in a marketing capacity
• Experience working with a technology company is a plus, but not required
