Are you a Project/Traffic Manager looking for an exciting new career with a stable and growing company? This contract-to-hire position will act as gatekeeper for the Creative Communication Team (CCT) and the Account Management Team (AMT). In this position, you will plan ahead to ensure all work moves smoothly through the departments -- working closely with team members to process projects, set up work flow systems, create & monitor timelines, track projects and handle administrative tasks. Daily duties and responsibilities include: 1. Initiate pricing and estimating process. 2. Manage day-to-day tasks and be able to recognize potential challenges and risk factors early in the game. 3. Work with Account, Creative, Technical, Strategy and Production teams to develop and maintain project schedules, provide project status and satisfy deliverables. 4. Ability to work across all mediums including, but not limited to broadcast, digital, print, out of home. 5. Coordinate creative workload and workflow from briefing through production. 6. Manage costs and internal resources against production estimates. 7. Draft and track schedules for creative development and production. 8. Facilitate communication between departments regarding projects. 9. Ensure that all internal and external approvals have been obtained for creative work throughout the creative development process. 10. Ensure that all project legal documents (photo releases, property releases, etc.) are completed and signed. 11. Act as the team's main point of contact and facilitating communications for all project-related issues. 13. Hold weekly status meetings and maintain agency status reports. 14. Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution. 15. Knowledge of printing and production process a plus. 16. Experience working with outside vendors and media outlets.
