Project Manager

Develop and execute strategic and tactical projects to meet Sales and Marketing business objectives within our Multi-Dwelling

Unit (MDU) partner channels. This position will be accountable for gathering/documenting requirements, managing/refining

business processes, facilitating systems and analysis discussions. The manager is expected to work independently; activities will include working with cross-functional groups (e.g., MDU Partners, Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Call Centers, etc.) to identify solutions and enhancements for program operations and support areas.

 Launch key initiatives by: leading a project, coordinating with third party partners (MDU partners, consulting
 Identify real and potential problems; provide alternative solutions.
 Conduct best practices review to identify areas for improvement.
 Identify, troubleshoot and facilitate quick resolution of operational and customer impacting issues that may arise.
 Evaluate business unit decisions to ensure they are in the best interest of customers and company goals;

 Develop and maintain standard project documentation - project plans, agendas, action items lists, business
 Facilitate meetings and provide meeting notes. Track and proactively work action items.
 Prepare launch go/no go checklists, develop detailed business requirements, confirm technical requirements
 Provide project updates to management that include progress, risks, issues and mitigation recommendations.
 Perform and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with internal business partners and external partners,
 Must be able to see the project, decisions and processes in terms of the big picture/cross-departmental impacts.

 Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years relevant experience (large-scale, multi-disciplinary Project Management,
 Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups
 Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including a qualitative and quantitative skill set
 Leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills and ability to influence
 Demonstrated success managing teams; work effectively with business and technical managers
 Ability to synthesize information and develop creative solutions to meet business objectives.

 Ability to accommodate change and adapt accordingly

 Excellent communication skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results

 Experience with public speaking and presentation skills

 Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and Visio

 Experience delivering results in a fast moving, challenging environment.

 Requires 20% travel
