Our client is a branding agency that puts clients’ brands at the heart of all of it’s work. We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, self-starter that is looking for an opportunity to grow their career in a fun and fast-
paced marketing and branding agency.

Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal) are a must. We are a small and agile organization and we all contribute in a variety of ways. Those with an upbeat attitude and willingness to jump in where needed is essential. Must be extremely organized, comfortable managing budgets, detail-oriented and efficient, with the ability to keep track of several projects at the same time. Should be able to manage and interact with many personality types – from designers, lawyers, CEOs, and everything in-between.

This position provides leadership (in collaboration with a creative lead) on projects from inception to completion. Project types include branding strategy, online and offline collateral design, websites, graphics, and full-scale branding and communications systems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

Planning & Intake
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

Implement the project
• Execute the project according to the project plan
• Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured

(Basecamp)
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project

• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project

• Review the quality of the work completed with the team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

Control the project
• Provide weekly reports for retainer clients/project updates
• Monitor hours projections and report actual hours used and variance to senior management on a regular basis

Evaluate the project
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

Qualifications

Education
• University Degree in a related subject

Knowledge, skills and abilities
• Knowledge of project management, multi-tasker, self-starter (equal independent and cooperative work), with some digital marketing experience

Proficiency in the use of computers for:
• Microsoft Office
• Email

Other Items a Plus
• Google Analytics experience
• SEO experience
• CRM Systems experience
• Photoshop or InDesign experience
• Basic HTML

Experience
At least 2 years in marketing, admin, or project management
