This candidate will partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Legal, and IT to develop and manage a comprehensive eCommerce program. In this role, he or she will support client relationships with an extensive network of direct ship vendors to ensure adherence to standards of performance for operational and customer experience. The ideal candidate for this role requires strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and execution skills.

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to Senior Manager, Global eCommerce

• Partner with manager to develop & supervise execution of SSE team communication program
• Improve key performance indicators to monitor vendor performance against Staples standards for delivery experience and customer service
• Develop reports that are intuitive, easy to update. Refine, consolidate and improve upon current standardized reporting for supplier performance and drive automaton.
• Assist in the supervision of team associates with respect to execution of daily/weekly operational tasks & processes.
• Provide guidance to SSE team and vendor/merchant community
• Leverage internal, external and cross functional team resources to ‘get the job done’
• Supervise project teams and ensure consistent & timely execution of deliverables aligned with project plans
• Effectively manage teams and resources to meet scheduled deliverables
• Identify risks associated with each project and manage appropriately
• Effectively and efficiently handle multiple and competing priorities
• Apply behavioral based team concepts, leveraging the skills of others to drive timely execution of projects
• Employ strong organizational skills
• Be resourceful; manage obstacles so that deliverable are met
