Vitamin T has a 3-month contract for a Project Manager who can manage error-free production, meet all deadlines, and recognize clients’ needs and recommend solutions. This person needs to manage high-quality deliverables and be a team player. They must have strong attention to detail to effectively manage successful client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The PM must clearly understand our client’s quality expectations and ensure we produce accordingly for all jobs.
• Once a job has been placed, the PM is responsible for scheduling the set-up meeting within no more than 24 hours of the receipt. The PM is to ensure that all parties are well informed of the job parameters including: production specifications, vendor limitations, schedules and all team member’s unique responsibilities.
• The PM ensures that all contracts, estimates, purchase orders or other important documents necessary to begin a job are turned in by the morning, signed and made available to the set-up team.
• For each assigned client, the PM is responsible and held accountable for monitoring every job from start to finish to ensure that the piece can be produced on time and within budget, alerting other members of the team that a problem is imminent.
• The PM is responsible for double checking that the mechanical meets production specifications and helps to proofread for errors/conformity to client standards.
• The PM is solely responsible for ensuring that the mail is produced correctly, establishing and trafficking schedules, drops on time and within budget.
• The PM manages List Inventory and Forms Inventory and advises the Account Team to ensure our client’s projects will always mail on time and that we do not run out of inventory.
• If the job begins to go “off schedule” it is the PM’s responsibility to pull together a “scramble” meeting with the appropriate members of the job’s team present. The PM is to facilitate strategizing how we can get this job back on schedule in order to meet the client’s desired drop date.
• While good communication is a shared responsibility, the PM will assess the client’s communication needs immediately when accepting an account
• Ensure that all client interactions are conducted professionally.
• All promises made to the client are to be kept. If for any reason commitments are not to be kept, the client is to be given a reason before the time the promise was to be fulfilled
