JOB TITLE: Project Manager (Content Calendar)
SALARY: Up to £28k
DURATION: 12month contract, potential to extend

The team is looking to add a skilled Project Manager to develop and implement a communications calendar from touch points across the business.

This role sits within a Software Marketing Department, who are responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of marketing assets to support business products.

Skilled Project Manager to play a key part in the development of an exhaustive communications calendar for the European Head Office, this will require you to:
• Initiate the implementation of new communications calendar
• Facilitate the business requirements gathering
• Develop sustainable business processes
• Support the transition of calendar reporting to normal business practice

• Responsible for the overall development and delivery of an exhaustive communications calendar, tracking all upcoming consumer communications across the business.
• Examine and document the requirements of all key stakeholders and establish processes that are efficient whilst maintaining the required level of detail
• Maintain weekly updates by liaising with multiple departments and deliver an updated calendar to the key stakeholders, providing a top line summary highlighting key changes, new additions etc. Making recommendations on potential clashes or issues

• Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of teams including Content and Platform Marketing, PR, Online Marketing, Creative Services and Digital Commerce.
• Complete or contribute towards ad hoc work being carried out by the team.

You are going to need the following experience:
• A highly competent individual with previous exposure to the management of projects
• University educated to a minimum Bachelor degree level
• Not essential but preferred, an understanding of or qualification in project management methodology e.g. PRINCE2

You will need to convince us you can:
• Act as a motivated, reliable, self-starter who uses initiative to work proactively
• Engage with teams & individuals, gaining the trust and respect of key stakeholders
• Communicate effectively and be a very influencing and occasionally persuasive person
• Develop quickly an understanding of how the business operates and the roles different teams and individuals hold relevant to direct communication with our consumers
