My client is looking for a solid advertising Project Manager for a long term contract role!

Position Description and Responsibilities
• Manages internal clients and tracking the design, approval, proofreading, and production processes of promotional materials for assigned clinical studies.
• Manages daily workload, priorities and project planning. Negotiates timelines and ensures all deadlines are maintained
• Works closely with Account Executive/ Account Management in identifying additional areas of client service and cost savings.
• Collaborates on creative development and direction with client, copywriter, design and production teams
• Develops and maintains solid client relationships; encourages a collaborative approach with departmental team members.
• Leverages knowledge and understanding of graphic design, creative and production to facilitate effective communication between client and
departmental teams.

This is a Project Manager position within Clinical Studies. In addition to the standard job description, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and background:
• Previous experience with an advertising agency (a plus, not a must)
• Previous pharma experience (a plus, not a must)
• Previous work experience as an Account Coordinator, Associate Account Executive, Project Manager (a plus, not a must)
• Ability to work on many projects at once/multitask
• Previous experience working on clinical trials/studies
• Previous experience working directly with clients/business partners
• Very strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
