Project Manager

Work with the Art Directors and the production leadership to ensure the efficient coordination of resources within the creative department. Working throughout remote locations, the Project Manger is responsible for day-to-day management of project workflow and timetables for all Customer communication projects. Role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Essential Job Functions:
• Develop project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of creative materials.
• Provide cost estimates for proposed projects.
• Conduct and manage meetings to ensure timely completion at all project milestones.
• Regularly report project progress to team members.
• Coordinate work efforts across creative teams to ensure balanced workload.
• Monitor resource usage by creative and copy staff to ensure effective production timelines.
• Seek ways to continually improve project production processes.
• Routinely report to department leadership on project progress.
• Understand the production process and the critical steps necessary to deliver a high-quality end product to customers and business partners.
• Develop strong working relationships with individuals from cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
