Our client is a multi-channel marketer, distributor, and leader in entertainment and lifestyle direct-to-consumer marketing. Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join the eCommerce team for a temporary position. (3-4 month contract)

The Project Manager would be reporting to the Digital Director, eCommerce. This role will be responsible for leading multiple projects as well as being the communication liaison between the eCommerce team and internal clients.

The ideal candidate is extremely organized, strong at understanding business needs, focused on results and solutions, an effective communicator between subject matter experts and internal clients, comfortable wearing many hats, and would enjoy learning about a variety of new markets. He/she will have prior experience leading digital, online marketing, or other web-related projects.

Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Track deadlines and tasks for multiple, simultaneous website projects with internal clients and outside vendors. Responsible for ensuring that the team meets committed deadlines and the overall project’s success.
• Website Analytics and Maintenance: Populate site content and merchandise via a CMS and monitor site content to insure information on site is accurate and current. Conduct regular analysis of the website via GA and other tools and coordinate merchandising, pricing, and promotional offers with product teams. Ensure website maintains a consistent voice and style.
• Communication: Act as the key conduit between various internal groups and the web team to keep all team members updated on the status of active projects. Listen to internal clients’ needs, gather new project requirements, and distil down to essential milestones and deadlines for web team.
• Task Master: Work with team to ensure that each task is completed accurately and on time. You should be willing to “get your hands dirty” and dive in to help the team with project requirements as appropriate and under the guidance of channel owners.
• Problem Solving: No project is complete without a few bumps along the road. This position will require intelligent problem solving skills. If and when conflicting demands emerge, communicate diplomatically to reach a resolution.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in a digital project manager (or similar) role required
• Online marketing experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrates initiative; self-starter; can work independently
• Shows good judgment; able to prioritize & meet deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving, business analysis and quantitative skills
• Experienced working with enterprise level CMS tools
• Gets along well with others in a team setting and has a positive attitude
• Experience working with internal client groups is essential
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and Google Doc
