Vitamin T's client is looking for a marketing specialist/project manager starting June 3rd. Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Creative and Design, the position provides crucial support to the managers and the director of the Marketing & Business Development Department in support of the firm’s business development efforts, as well as recruiting, professional development and internal firm communications. This position will provide project management and production coordination for the department’s communications and design projects. The position requires working closely with members of the marketing team, other business department personnel and vendors. The successful candidate will possess experience in all aspects related to the production of print and web design projects as well as corporate communications materials.

Responsibilities
 Serves as the key contact to the business departments for communications and design projects,
performing the role of traffic coordinator for the department.
 Coordination, editing, proof reading and assistance in the creation of electronic and print materials
including brochures, pitch materials, invitations, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements
and event materials.
 Responsible for maintaining the project scope, production timeline, budget and resources. Communicating
project status and coordinating with the marketing staff and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accuracy
of deliverables.
 Support and collaborate with creative teams in creating production ready files for both print and web.
 Responsible for vendor relationships, production estimates, maintaining vendor database, weekly reports
and processing invoices.
Experience and Skills Requirements
 Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience, preferably in a professional, corporate or agency environment.
 Must be highly professional, dedicated, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a
team; thrive in a fast-paced intense client service environment, and possess the ability to juggle multiple
priorities.
 Demonstrated ability to follow creative direction.
 Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and presentation.
 Strong problem resolution abilities and the ability to exercise good judgment .

 Experience with the following software for the Mac and PC: MS Office suite of products, including Word,
Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite. HTML knowledge a plus.
 The work may require extended and irregular hours to perform the essential duties of the position.
