This huge software company's team brings their employment brand to life in the job market. They’re a highly creative, fun group that thinks of new ways to share their unique culture with job candidates and make them aware of all that the company has to offer. They need an Employment Branding and Media Project Coordinator who can help them execute their cohesive recruitment branding strategy. In this role, you’ll manage external creative projects that will attract top talent in competitive talent communities, along with internal projects aimed at engaging employees in their talent acquisition efforts.

Primary job responsibilities
- When managing the team’s projects, you’ll need to be able to think about our work yesterday, today, and months into the future.
- From scheduling the design, writing, and video components for their creative team to evaluating whether that work fits their employment brand standards and strategy, you must be able to maintain a perspective that’s both broad and focused; both high-level and highly nuanced.
- As the first point of contact for their employment branding needs, they’ll collaborate with recruiters, team members, and external vendors to deliver exceptional work on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
- This position offers the chance to learn new skills, as you’ll be assisting with and supporting a variety of projects, including research, writing, video production, marketing campaigns, events, PR efforts, and social media.

The Employment Branding and Media Project Coordinator reports to the senior manager in Employment Branding and Media and is responsible for all team operations, administration, and metrics.
Required skills + experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• 2 – 4 years related project management experience in marketing, branding, advertising, design, communications, or human resources
• Strong, proven project management skills of creative people and projects
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Analytical with a proven ability to manage and make strategic decisions with metrics and budgets
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A solid track record as a proactive problem solver
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and outside the company
• Relentless commitment to delivering excellent customer service and achieving goals
• Ability to act independently, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional,
collaborative environment with multiple projects and priorities
• Experience at a creative agency or with an in-house creative team is a plus
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies is a plus
• A knowledge/awareness of global talent markets and/or global communications is a plus
• A knowledge/interest in the technology industry is a plus
