The marketing professional temp will have 10+ years of strategic and integrated marketing
experience. The temp will plan, develop and implement marketing efforts using an integrated
approach that includes (direct mail, print ads, email, online promotions, and social media
(Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, Listservs) that builds on the success and results of the client
Membership & Convention Marketing team’s annual programs.

The major job duties and responsibilities shared with the Director will include:

Analysis of campaign tracking reports
Update campaign plans to incorporate new and additional marketing opportunities
Ensure campaign is on schedule and within budget
Manage internal and external resources and vendors
Develop and edit content for:
o Print ads
o Emails
o Direct mail packages (envelopes, letters/cards, inserts, applications, postcards,
etc.)
o Web pages
o Banner ads
o Digital media
o Social media
o Surveys
o And other platforms
Circulate comps and drafts for stakeholder approval
Manage the design, review, production and mailing or distribution of all efforts

Projects include but are not limited to:

Annual Student Affiliate Upgrade campaign
Annual Auto Resignation campaign
Annual 10+ Student Affiliate Upgrade campaign
Campaign Surveys (upgrades, A/R, convention, benefits)
Update Tracking methods and practices
Convention (PsycCareers and Job Fair support, Affinity booth and materials updates)
Convention registration efforts
