We are is seeking an experienced, energetic, smart, detailed Account/Project Manager to help us do great work for great brands like Gaia Herbs, Organic India, Traditional Medicinals, Dr. Hauschka Skin Care and Vitamin Angels.
The primary responsibility of the Account/Project Manager is to provide experienced project management to the research, strategy and creative teams, increasing the quality, efficiency and profitability within the organization. The Account/Project Manager manages client and in-house programs through the project life cycle with Workamajig agency software, including establishing key milestones and timelines, scoping project deliverables, creating estimates/budgets and working with internal team members and vendors to deliver work that is on-budget, on-time and on-quality. The Account/Project Manager oversees project execution of approved programs and is the liaison between the agency's teams, collaborating to improve workflow processes. An effective problem solver on a day-to-day basis, the Account/Project Manager must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities. The Account/Project Manager is also accountable for maintaining daily contact between the agency and selected clients.
The secondary responsibility for the Account/Project Manager position is to provide business development support including managing the Workamajig CRM, creating and updating the marketing calendar, helping with our marketing campaigns, and working closely with New Business and Client Services to scope campaign deliverables and create estimates/budgets for new business meetings.
A tertiary responsibility will be to provide admin support for general AP/AR entry into the Workamajig system, as well as various office admin duties as required.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-3 years of project management experience in an agency capacity
• 1-3 years agency experience required
• Exceptional project management skills
• Proven experience managing integrated campaigns, executing on time and within budget
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Workamajig experience a strong plus
• Preferred experience project managing various types of marketing program components including strategic and creative
