Project Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Program Development Consultant will lead the development of all marketing and training materials for the Decision Support Programs. This position will also be responsible for program managing all PlanSmart promotions with the Marketing and Communications teams to drive results for all Plan Smart programs.

Principal Responsibilities:

1.Project manage all PlanSmart Online and Executive programs, working with internal and external partners as needed, including:
a.Compliance and legal review
b.Marketing
c.Operations Team
d.External vendors
e.Others

2.Primary liaison with Marketing team to ensure consistency of strategy and messaging; and to deliver on print, web, electronic, advertising and all other marketing campaigns. Analyze results of campaigns and make recommendations on changes for future delivery.

3.Develop and write communications materials as needed

4.Primary liaison with Internal Communications teams to drive strategy and messaging on PlanSmart portal and internal communications campaigns

5.Work with external customers to demonstrate PlanSMart Online and work through implementation plan with internal sales team and individual financial services representatives

6.Manage temporary employee to obtain compliance approvals and maintain updates for Lotus Notes Database and portal

7.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required
•Expert Project Management skills
•Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills a must.
•Builds strong relationships/works collaboratively
•Detail orientated
•Communicates effectively; shares information and engages in candidate and open dialogue
•Manages own performance effectively and able to work collaboratively
•Ability to interact and influence across multiple departments and multiple levels
•Process evaluation and improvement for managing efficiencies and cost
•Manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
•Vendor assessment and relationship management
**6-10 years in a project management or program management role
