Job Description:
Essential Functions

- Serve as the agency team's primary point person on all assigned projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines and scope
- When necessary, work with the Client Partner to develop change orders to accommodate new project scope
- Work with the resource manager to estimate future resource needs and plan for short-term unknowns
- Provide weekly status reports to client and management
- Manage team resources, including those in the Bogota office, ensuring project adheres to milestones and deliverables
- Manage Client approval/signoffs at project milestones
- Ensure all project documentation and communication is appropriate prior to sharing with client.
- Ensure project Client Area is up to date and contains all project relevant documentation, comps and contact information
- Ensure all Website deliverables have been fully tested and debugged
- Work with the Client Partner and/or other management to develop estimates for new project proposals and to provide details, assumptions and out of scope documentation for Statements of Work.
- Requirements gathering for new projects and initiatives - business, marketing, functional, and technical
- Manage small-large scale Website developments and online media campaigns
- Manage small-large scale social app development from conception to completion
- Coordinate tasks with various team leads- Strategy, Account, Design, Information Architecture, and Technology
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables between client, internal project team, publisher and 3rd party vendors
- Client presentations of project recommendations
- Project proposal and statements of work development
- Manage project lifecycle during discovery, design, development, and deployment
- Scope and Change request management
- Project schedule and cost management
- Issues resolution and risk management
- Resource Management
- Quality assurance
- Email marketing
- Asset management

Competencies

- Understanding of marketing, creative and technical strategies and development
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint
- Full understanding of common applications like Flash, PhotoShop and Visio
- Proficiency in HTML and HTML editors like HomeSite and Dreamweaver
- Strong writing ability and a solid understanding of standard Web editorial practices
- Understanding of Website development terminology
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts
- Organized, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proven process improvement
