Project Manager

Duties As a Project Manager, you will be a member of our biotech clients Global Marketing team and take direction from the ICM's (Integrated Communications Managers). You will provide support in the delivery of multiple customer-facing programs and campaigns. Your background must include a thorough working knowledge of efficient project management principles, marketing team processes and timeline management. You are process friendly, detail oriented and quality driven. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment, have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and are comfortable working with tight deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities:

Supporting (4) ICMs within the Reproductive and Genetic Health Business Unit from a Project Management perspective
Creating and maintaining project schedules and monitoring progress, collaborating with Functional Project Managers and utilizing Aprimo to manage projects for programs and campaigns
Ability to manage large quantity of projects at once
Running status reports on a weekly basis and providing project status and next steps
Teaming with ICM to ensure proper project/campaign intake and entering Aprimo requests with due date drivers and details of projects


Use sound judgment in all project communications and make sure that key stakeholders are apprised of project activities in a timely manner.
Escalate issues to ICM to promptly minimize impact to timeline and quality

Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and provide quick turnaround in a rapid growth/rapid change environment


Apply best practices for effective and efficient project management and reporting
Communicate clearly, promptly, and appropriately with multiple stakeholders about projects and processes

Education
BS or BA in Business Administration, Communications or equivalent, or commiserate experience
5+ years project management experience managing the day-to-day operational and strategic aspects of marketing projects and campaigns
Previous professional experience with an advertising or creative services agency is a plus
Experience managing day-to-day operations for marketing deliverables
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project
Experience with a project management tool
