Aquent's client, a large national telecom company has a need for a Contractor to provide the services listed here. This contract is for a 7 month term with the possibility of extending to 30 months based on the needs of the Client and performance of the worker. This position is FULL time and requires the candidate to be ONSITE in their Basking Ridge, NJ offices. Support the POP Print Production team
• Maintain accurate records with regard to schedules and project deliverables
• Track all aspects of project progress including production schedules, creative release, proofs, production specs, shipping
• Liaise with internal partners during this process including creative managers, agency partners, print producers, and distribution / fulfillment teams
• Assist in maintaining internal systems to track all project data and related expenses
• Advise internal teams, creative agencies, and print suppliers of changes in the project schedule
• Track and process all expenses as it relates to the print production team. Provide budget analysis to support this effort
• Analyze and interpret historical results data to develop cost analysis
• Identify, obtain, and manage expenses within the work group to meet budget goals and objectives
• Create and maintain records, utilizing web-based and manual systems
• Promote a collaborative environment and foster teamwork to achieve goals and objectives

This position requires superior proficiency in Excel as it is the principle tool used for analysis. The successful candidate is a professional with proven success and a commitment to excellence balancing the needs of internal clients with the services of external suppliers to plan for the successful execution of marketing communications initiatives.

Qualifications:
• BA or BS degree in marketing, business administration preferred; or equivalent work experience
• Expert MS Excel skills as well as MS Word and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal communication and articulation
• Strong budget management skills
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to learn proprietary software applications quickly
• Print project management or expense planning & management as well as familiarity with advertising agency workings and relationships a plus.
• Familiarity with advertising agency workings will aid in the ability to quickly learn the team’s processes and procedures.
