Project Manager

Responsible for all activities required to effectively configure and perform Project Management of DVD, Blu-ray and other technologies to all subsidiary and licensee markets. Managing activities and timelines with Product Management, Creative Services, Technical Services and other internal/external groups, providing sufficient time to manufacture, package and distribute product by the Customers Requirement Date.

Education/Experience

· 3-5 years of experience in (or a combination of) Project Management, Product Development or Supply Chain is required
· BA/BS degree in Business, Communication or similar is required, preferably from a Major University. Masters Degree is a plus.
· Knowledge of Software Development, Mastering, Post Production, DVD and/or Blu-ray format is strongly preferred.
· Experience in a fast paced consumer products industry
· Experience in Presenting to multiple audience types
· Excellent teamwork skills, written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal reporting structure authority.
· Individual must be highly organized and be able to work in a fast-paced, small team environment.
· Individual must also be able to work independently within their own process.
· Flexibility to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.

Description

· Primary Lead for all Product Planning Meetings with Product Management, Territory Operations, Content Enhancement (Bonus/Menus), Legal, Creative Services (Packaging), and Technical Services during the course of developing product.
· Oversee, negotiate, and manage all product development schedules and timelines, as necessary; proactively communicating all changes to key Partners and Manufacturing Facilities.
· Working with Global Markets to ensure that assets are delivered on-time to meet manufacturing requirements.
· Oversee the population, accuracy and locking our product definition system (CPS) , as necessary.
· Accountable for the accuracy of information entered and updated in the Milestone Management System
· Present a lead role in the planning, coordination and communication of all downstream production dates.
· Liaison between replicators, foreign territory operation partners, and internal stakeholders.
· Manage relationships with over 10 disc replicators worldwide, ensuring service level agreements are maintained or improved
· Continue to evolve operating practices, tools, and supplier partnerships to succeed in the present, and develop resilience for the future.
· Lead regular status update and technical calls with Partners and Vendors.
· Work on special projects and presentations as required.
· Bridge communication with all stakeholders (e.g., Product Management, Territory Operations, IPPM, Legal, Creative Services, and Technical Services)
