Our client is searching for an experienced Interactive Traffic and Project Manager in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area with 3+ years of marketing and ecommerce project coordination and/or management experience. Background should include account planning and/or project management with a general understanding of web project management and design and development team dynamics. This position requires heavy business and IT resource management, relationship building and new business identification/growth.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a number of projects across front-end architecture, design, and content teams as they contribute to a variety of larger programs.
• Organize the User Experience (UX) team’s traffic and staffing resources surrounding each of our project initiatives other incoming creative and front-end requests.
• Streamline and direct the process of managing incoming promotional creative requests for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure that front-end team coordinates effectively with business priorities and development delivery schedules.
• Maintain and develop the master content calendar for organizing team capacity as it relates to all projects.
• Coordinate and manage front end production process as it relates to IT agile delivery schedules.
• Help team leads to analyze incoming tasks and projects to provide production time estimates.
• Ensure proper adherence of team to project budgets and accuracy in time tracking to appropriate centers of expense.
• Use provided time estimates to appropriately anticipate team capacity, manage work-loads, and contribute to decisions on staffing resources.
• Be able to translate business and project requirements into effective plans for front-end developments that collaborate with IT deployment cycles.
• Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Qualifications
• Must have 3+ years experience in digital/interactive project management at an agency or client-side
• Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Solid account and/or project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred, but not required.
