Strategic minded Project Manager needed for national print and web retail driven projects at in-house agency with strong brand integrity. Must be able to work holistically and provide guidance, as well as structure and flow. Agency experience preferred.

In-house, freelance position with responsibilities for project managing national and local print
projects. Job responsibilities include developing timelines and schedules; overseeing production pricing and fulfillment; organizing and sharing digital assets; facilitating communication between designers and departments/centers; reviewing and approving templated designs; assisting with estimates and production; communicating with multiple departments regarding projects status; and ensuring timely response to all requests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and analyze preliminary specifications from clients to ensure that all specs, quality expectations, required delivery dates, and budgets are clearly identified.
• Develop and manage design and production schedules
• Act as main point of contact between designers and internal clients.
• Work directly with print partners to provide print specs, run estimates, source materials, attend press checks and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage assets and provide reference materials for designers
• Maintain a responsive, open-line of communication with all employees and departments to assist with creative design, copywriting, production, printing and fulfillment.
• Manage project budgets including production estimates and design expense.
• Manage relationships with production vendors to establish best pricing and quality production.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of previous experience in Print Management, Graphics, or related field.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills along with the ability to facilitate internal and external meetings in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong Computer skills including proficiency in all Microsoft programs, basic knowledge of
• Adobe Suite programs and navigating web based applications.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, corporate and center employees/managers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the workload of the Brand Studio.
• Must be able to cope with shifting priorities, difficult situations and tight deadlines.
• College Degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Design/copywriting/printing field experience a plus.
