Overview
We’re looking for a person who enjoys being the keeper of all data related to team projects, including scope, budget, timelines, staffing and resources. The right candidate will minimize risk through expert day-to-day communication with project teams, client contacts and outside contractors. Our selected candidate will see this as an opportunity to implement his/her own ideas and creativity.

Responsibilities
Leadership: Be a creative thinker

Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Participate in UI exercises as well as brainstorms.
Logistics: Master the movement of a project

Draft project proposals and estimates for both new and existing clients
Create and execute project work plans/timelines and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Audit and maintain knowledge of deliverables for our interactive creations.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Create best-in-practice workflow scenarios for the team.
Maintain our online project management portal (Basecamp).
Identify resources and assigns individual responsibilities.
Communication: Keep communication level

Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Mitigate team conflict and communication problems.
Hold regular status meetings with project team.
Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
Quality: Know your deliverable

Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.
Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Efficiency: Keep looking forward

Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. Manage project budget.
Effectively utilize each team member to his/her fullest potential.
Keep track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
Required Experience:
Minimum three years managing interactive projects: websites, online promotions, social media campaigns, etc.
Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
Solid understanding of information architecture and web usability as it relates to project outcomes
The ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and team workflow in a fast-paced, deadline driven and customer-service focused environment using superior organization and time management skills
Awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
Ease in understanding and rapidly learning new concepts in online marketing is essential
The ability and willingness to do coordinate testing and quality assurance of project deliverables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various teams and departments both local and remote
Expertise in MicroSoft Excel, Project, Word and PPT.
