You can effectively lead an internal team as well as manage client expectations.
A proven ability to negotiate pricing, push priorities, drive projects, and show calmness under tight schedules and deadlines is a given. More importantly, do you have a POV on design management? Manage creative teams on design deliverables: visual centers, catalogs, retail graphics, digital, etc.
Oversee and manage all aspects of projects including day-to-day client communication, client negotiation, scope, risk mitigation, timelines, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
Create project schedules and ensure team awareness of all timelines, review schedules, deliverables and allocated hours
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 6+ years in project management, with increasing responsibility at the senior producer/project manager level, preferably in an agency setting
Demonstrated understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns, including branding, print, interactive and retail components
Ability to lead a team to produce great work with a strong focus on collaboration
Extensive client-facing exposure and account direction; comfortable leading meetings internally and off-site
Strong financial negotiation, personal presentation skills and problem solving abilities
Knowledgeable in outdoor lifestyle brands: footwear, apparel, equipment
