Advertising Agency needs a project manager ASAP. In this position you will provide a macro-view of project activity across all lines of business from national, retail, collateral, and digital platforms. Enables all disciplines to do their best work by enhancing communication efforts, continually assessing agency resource needs, anticipating obstacles, initiating solutions, and encouraging team collaboration. They “analyze and develop the game plan for moving the work through the agency.”

Musts:
• Heavy experience with project management/traffic functions, preferably within a full-service advertising agency and including Digital, Retail, Direct Mail and Broadcast mediums. Print traffic experience is mandatory.
• Must possess a complete understanding of agency process.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of personnel.
• Excellent people management skills; ability to lead a group of people across functions by defining tasks and deliverables, empower team members, diffuse conflict and encourage collaboration.
• Pleasant, approachable, yet assertive. Must work effectively with a variety of personality types.
• Ability to continually work ahead of the curve to anticipate workflow obstacles.
• Solution-oriented; ability to quickly investigate matters from all perspectives and initiate best resolution.
• Highly organized, possess keen attention to detail. Must be able to multi-task under deadline-driven pressure.
• Software knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project.
• Must be available to work overtime.
