Position Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for prioritizing the workflow throughout the Corporate Communications division and trafficking job requests from inception to completion. This person will coordinate movement of all jobs through departments within Corporate Communications to include research/planning, public relations, media, creative, production, social media, and web.

Job Description
• Promotes smooth workflow within the Corporate Communications Division and among clients.
• Works closely with the Corporate Communications management team to balance workloads and advocate for appropriate timelines on projects.
• Ensures timeline milestones for projects are executed timely.
• Maintains workload data via traffic management software for monthly and quarterly metric output.
• Keeps project team informed of job statuses, conflicts, delays, or any other scenarios that would affect productivity that would affect meeting goals; proposes suggested solutions to these scenarios.
• Expedites and prioritize rush projects accordingly.
• Enforces adherence to workload processes and deadlines.
• Develops and maintain traffic management guidelines and procedures.
• Attends high level planning meetings for upcoming projects and initiatives.
• Runs weekly traffic meetings to coordinate project teams within Corporate Communications.
• Participates in post-mortems for closed projects, to assess future process needs
• Provides feedback and analysis to Account Managers on workflow and areas of improvement in future projects.

Requirements
• Four-year degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
• 5+ years traffic and project management experience
• Experience working with Project Management software
• Proven ability to manage priorities in a complex, highly visible, detail-oriented, fast paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback to teams and individuals
• Ability to collaborate, share information, influence processes, and facilitate cross-functional and divisional projects and meetings to achieve strategic goal
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate (written and verbally) across all management levels, both internally and externally.
• Strong judgment and ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize deadlines
• High integrity and excellent judgment
• Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
• Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office products
• Team player
