Project Manager

You will coordinate across different business functions and geos, build scalable operating infrastructure and present progress to senior stakeholders. This is a high profile, P0, fast-moving, and potentially transformational project to join.

As a Project Manager you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal stakeholders and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, partner closely with our Product, PR, Policy, Marketing, and Legal and use your entrepreneurial drive to contribute to the long-term growth of the brand. As a Project Manager for Brand Strategy, you will own the operations of implementing the global brand plan. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall operationalize plan for the global brand plan.
  • Identify, prioritize, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure meeting logistics are organized, minutes recorded, material collateral is gathered and distributed weekly.
  • Set up the processes and own AI tracking for five global workstreams. 
  • Manage quick turn design requests and execute marketing deck creation and email cover notes for executives, in partnership with VP’s and marketing leaders.

Skill/Experience/Education:

Mandatory:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7-10 years of work experience
  • Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of policy, PR, marketing, legal, and technical team members.
  • Knowledge of technical concepts and the ability to learn new concepts.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery of projects, high quality, continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations.
  • Able to analyze data using logic and reason to make sound decisions/recommendations.
  • Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.
