We are hiring a Project Manager in the Seattle area for a global leading brand with 4-6 experience in a creative or digital environment and at least 2-3 experience in a print/signage development environment. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, and understands the project management best practices required to bring strategies to life in partnership with planning disciplines, through project planning, calendar management, resource management, review facilitation, hand-off to creative studio partners for execution, and QA for deployment. Because this role and function are new and roles and responsibilities are still being defined, the ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit to lead work forward without a lot of existing processes.

This candidate is comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, that are at different stages of progress. This client is a highly collaborative environment, and individuals that thrive here are very comfortable with relationship building and managing up, and are strong team players.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Provides daily and weekly status updates to working teams and leadership with visibility into project status, risks, blockers and issues
Manages cross-functional team meetings and agendas
Communicates, supports and recommends processes for improving business planning, cross functional communication, work integration and teamwork between partners from all departments.
Provides highly focused quality assurance at all steps of process, from initial intake of briefs and calendar development, to final review of signage before being delivered to printers

What are the must/nice to have skills you are looking for?
Ideal candidate sees ambiguity and lack of process as an opportunity to create order. Isn't intimidated by the undefined, and while you may not be able to define every step needed to get to delivery, you can put forth your best guess for the next 2-3 steps, and work it out as you go.
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
