Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager, Employee Communications and Engagement, will own the intake, tracking, trafficking, project facilitation, and calendar for all internal communications requests and other projects as needed. This role is also responsible for the deployment and management of digital signage throughout company offices worldwide using a CMS platform.

This person is an effective communicator who takes initiative, can quickly understand the needs of different stakeholders, and acts as a liaison between multiple internal and external business partners. The ideal candidate has experience supporting highly engaged teams in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake process for communications, including digital signage, email, blog, and campaign requests
  • Act as the power user of the team's project management tool (iMeet Central), understanding and leveraging all features to optimize team efficiency and alignment
  • Manage a large, dynamic scope of projects with a variety of stakeholders across multiple teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and continually updated
  • Deploy and maintain digital screens and complementary web banners using our CMS platform, ensuring consistency and timeliness across offices globally
  • Maintain a global Employee Success content calendar to ensure accurate content and a balance of messaging across audiences
  • Maintain a global events calendar for visibility around large company events and announcements
  • Partner with IT and Real Estate to maintain awareness of new digital screen locations, and troubleshoot system issues as needed
  • Assist communications team members (core team of ~10 people) as needed, providing the right level of support by project
  • Identify, communicate, and recommend, and (when appropriate) roll out solutions to boost team efficiency and productivity

Experience/skills required:

  • Seven plus years of project/program management experience at a tech company, or organization with mainly digital assets
  • Proven ability to effectively use common project management tools (iMeet Central, Mavenlink, JIRA, Google docs, etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments. Cross-functional groups a plus.
  • Use of independent judgment and initiative to make recommendations and/or solve problems
  • Ability to pick up new technology
  • Ability to multi-task and reprioritize on the fly
  • Ability to work, think, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Experience working with marketing and communications team a plus
  • Experience with FourWinds technology a plus
  • Have a healthy sense of humor and a strong penchant for fun
