Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support internal creative global small medium business team in coordinating regional and global projects, tracking workstreams and resources and finding and suggesting tools to manage the teams’ processes
  • Execute project management best practices, knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry and superior communication skills
  • Partner with regional leaders in North America, Europe, South America and Asia
  • Note - this role will include some travel within the U.S. to help with project coordination, launch, et al

Skills:

  • 5 years of related experience, including complex project management, scheduling and tracking on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience communicating project, performance and other key information to a wider team. Candidate should be comfortable communicating over email, instant message, video-conferencing and posting in shared groups
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills with attention to detail 
  • Proactive, self-motivated problem solver
  • Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Excel. Microsoft Project is not a requirement but use of Project or similar scheduling tool / process for project tracking and scheduling is required
  • Proficiency in using data dashboards to find and report results – note data analysis/interpretation not part of role or required skills
  • Works autonomously, comfortable working in white space / start-up style environment

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, design, communications or a related field
