Core Responsibilities: Project Manager
- Strategy + Planning
- Onboarding of new projects into PM system
- Monthly Staffing reports
- Update Monthly Capacity + Staffing Forecast
- Manage internal workflow for projects and monthly clients
- Prepare weekly individual task lists
- Prepare weekly project status reports
- Update PM system 3x/week
- Weekly review of team timesheets
- Team interaction
- Daily 10-minute standup with full team
- Weekly individual checkin with each team member
- Weekly meeting with Studio Director
What we are looking for:
- We are a small team (6 full-time + contractors)
- Our studio is in Capitol Hill- would want someone to come in at least 3-4x/ week. Some remote hours is ok.
- Past PM experience with creative teams is required
- We are an easy going team, but need someone with strong discipline/strong personality
- PM will be "managing" tasks for everyone (including the partners themselves), so needs to have confidence in really taking control
