They ensure that each client sees optimal return on their investment with them with solid performance and quality in their campaigns.

Outline of Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for Large scale projects, such as migrations, large or complex advertiser wide optimizations, system feature updates/configurations, etc.
• Responsible for new client and channel opportunity launches and system setups based on the client needs and system limitations.
• You successfully manage all operational aspects of launches with minimal support.
• Ability to work independently with minimal support.
• Manage communications to executive level audience.
• Quality Assurance monitoring for newly launched campaign or campaign modifications.
• Support Account Management in developing & executing optimization strategies for newly launched campaigns.
o Execution of tactical campaign management strategies with a focus on revenue growth & quality.
o Revenue & quality monitoring to ensure success of all system changes.
• Works closely with Engineering and Development teams to understand business problems/bottlenecks in order to develop new tools, system features, processes and workflows in order to increase efficiency and communication.
• Collaborate with other employees and teams to ensure strong products and that all functional concerns are addressed for internal tools/UIs.
• Assist in training new operations team members on internal systems, external tools, and best practices.
• Create/update training documentation for larger workflows and processes, for Arc and CSI.
• Assist Engineering and Development teams with business use cases and system optimizations.
• Execute deep troubleshooting through data/system investigation and coordinate with Ad Ops, Fulfillment and Engineering to resolution.
• Support the Guiding Principles and vision of the company and the team through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.
• Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience of business operations experience, preferable in the technology and or search industry.
• Experience training on internal UI’s and working in database-driven applications.
• Possess beginning/intermediate knowledge of SQL, Data Architecture, Jira, Tableau
• Possess strong knowledge of Excel
• Strong desire to learn new technologies.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with technical and non-technical staff across the entire company, including product managers, business management, leads, and peers.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and rapidly changing requirements.
