Our Client, an Online Social Media Giant is looking for the following:
The Global Accounts Team (GAT) helps top advertising partners to successfully activate on the Facebook platform globally. Our team leads global strategy-setting and marketing activation for the world’s leading brands and coordinates with regional teams to ensure local executions.
The contractor will focus on the Emerging Markets (EM) opportunity for Global Accounts. will play an essential project management role in overseeing global emerging markets initiatives and helping connect the dots across various EM GAT initiatives and global, regional and in-market stakeholders. will work with regional GAT EM owners to identify and share best practices across regions and assist in developing and executing EM acceleration programs.
The role calls for strategic thinking as well as tactical execution. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This position is based out of our Menlo Park office.
•Work with cross-functional teams to drive plans and recommendations from conception through implementation
•Develop strategic analysis to drive emerging markets activation of top-tier accounts on the FB platform
•Work w/ the team on highest-leverage projects that include emerging markets industry & user insights development, marketing execution and account planning.
•8+ years of experience
•Self-sufficiency and discipline to own and drive projects in an ever-changing environment
•Analytical & strategic; can see the big picture while still paying excellent attention to details
•Collaborative and supportive in a cross-functional environment
•High level of comfort presenting in front of management
•Keen knowledge of marketing and social media and large-scale clients
•Experience working directly with traditional and new media companies preferred
•Emerging Markets experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, systems engineering, business, or a related field. MBA preferred
