Our client, in the digital payment industry, is searching for a Project Manager for a 4 month contract. The role is onsite in Boston. Responsibilities include: Leadership of the production of all digital creative, including websites, emails, display banners, and social Develop project schedules with input from the Creative team, setting daily due dates for various stages of work and actively communicating with internal teams throughout project life cycles to ensure schedules are maintained and/or updated Organize and effectively communicate the status of project deliverables, project deadlines, individual tasks through JIRA platform as well as other appropriate channels (email, slack, etc) Lead daily status meetings to review projects kicking off, active, and recently completed Proactively monitor project details, prioritizing and delegating tasks to ensure deliverables are executed within the prescribed timeframes Field project requests initiated by internal teams and collaborate with requestors to acquire all project information required to perform work Distribute new creative work requests, ensuring that input is complete and easy to understand Oversee the website and email development process, including managing resource availability and internal team review and QA tasks Expedite rush jobs in such a way that the workflow process and the orderly flow of projects in process can be maintained Maintain a clear and reasonable vision of next steps and the big picture during project meetings and/or whenever project parameters change Coordinate and lead meetings, capture meeting notes and track internal and external action items
