Aquent's client, an American multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products, is seeking a Project Manager for a 12–month assignment.
Pay: Up to 46.86/hr. DOE
Must have: 10+ years of relevant Project Management experience

We’re looking for a superstar Project Manager to join this advertising and analytics team. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with multiple groups. Your job will be the detailed management of a new initiative to ensure we’re meeting project goals and assessing risks to timeline. You will usher the project through the entire lifecycle, including clearly communicating status, risks, and remediation plans to key groups across the globe. You will enable effectiveness in productivity by providing your direct insights, plans, process and tools to deliver this cross-functional initiative at scale.

This isn’t your typical PM role, we need a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen who can leverage an understanding of marketing within a complex organization to help guide decision making, solve problems, provide analytical insight to support strategic and tactical initiatives.

Comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines, you are an innovative thinker who understands how a project comes together at a large organization. You have an ability to simplify complex problems. You enjoy problem solving and strategy as well as rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. You’re a team player with a love for communicating (especially in writing!) and know how to grab a reader’s attention whether the busy executive or the front line sales team.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate cross-functional coordination across project plans
2. Manage work stream dependencies and the impact on downstream working groups
3. Track updated accomplishments, milestones, key issues and/or change controls

Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead working group meetings. Create weekly project status and executive reporting
- Leverage marketing knowledge to provide valuable inputs to the project team, identify risks and guide decision making.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (no specific field required)
- 10+ years of relevant Project Management experience
- Detail and deadline oriented with strong organizational and analytic skills; impeccable documentation skills; executional excellence
- Strong business acumen and comfortable leading discussions in a cross-functional group to identify issues and resolutions; effective team management, communication and problem solving skills
- Skilled communicator with impeccable attention to detail, writer the english language with professor-like precision.

Nice to have:
- Experience as a Project Manager, leading large initiatives
- Understanding cross functional organizations and how they interoperate to achieve common goals
- Knowledge of marketing, analytics, advertising a plus
- Knowledge of Google applications such as docs, slides, spreadsheets, calendar, etc
