Aquent's Fortune500 client in Framingham, MA is looking for a Project Manager to fulfill a 3-month contract (40/hrs, 5 days, onsite) with strong potential to extend to perm.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be helping the membership business grow. Needs to have a stream of communication with customers. Will be doing some reporting on metrics on the campaigns.
- Manage the flawless execution of marketing campaigns to support profitable sales for SBA programs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Ecommerce and the Agency to identify and execute marketing campaigns across appropriate vehicles (print, online, digital, interactive, email, direct mail, events, media and PR)
• Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan; implement and measure results of the plan
• Drive awareness and credibility of membership programs through internal and external communications
• Ensure Programs are represented in cross-category and lifecycle campaigns to drive profitable sales of all members
• Manage, update and add to content which can be leveraged throughout the customer journey, to create an engaging customer experience and increase sales
• Facilitate creative process with Agency through Project Management tool

- Support Programs team with operational support
• Project Manager independently executes email deployments including loading list, proofing and deployment
• Track campaign results including email statistics and revenue; and work with Program Manager to report overall Program campaign performance
• Search term set up and submission and QC
• Weekly and archiving of self-serve email creative on shared drive
• Preparation of Marketing campaign communications as needed
• Verification of monthly benefit updates; and loading of campaigns to Salesforce
- Provide awareness of Marketing campaigns to Sales teams and provide marketing materials via Sales supported systems
• Work closely with the Field Marketing Sales Engagement team to inform and educate of upcoming Marketing initiatives
• Create clear and concise communications and Marketing collateral for the sales teams to use in selling products and Programs
- Monitor marketing best practices and industry competitors to become knowledgeable about Lifecycle and Membership Marketing; discover emerging Membership Programs marketing techniques.
