Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications • 1-2 years (if Ph.D.) or 4-5 years (if M.A.) of consulting, corporate, or internship experience related to employee selection, with particular emphasis on one of more of the following areas: test development/validation, job analysis, organizational effectiveness, statistical analysis/quantitative methods, and/or adverse impact measurement • Master’s Degree (Ph.D. preferred) in I/O Psychology or related field • Willingness and ability to work under multiple deadlines • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and prioritize accordingly • High degree of attention to detail, specifically proofreading accuracy • Excellent oral communication and writing skills Preferred Qualifications • Strong facilitation and group management skills • Mastery with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience with statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS) • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, Web conferencing, and SPSS software • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills • Commitment to working as part of a team and individually

Responsibilities:
Project Manager – Employment Selection & Assessment. We’re seeking an individual to support the design and implementation of corporate-wide selection and assessment initiatives, including assessment design, development, and validation, in partnership with our vendors and key internal stakeholders, while maintaining legal and professional standards. The successful candidate will have a strong “I” focus (I/O), and be: curious and engaged, eager to anticipate and respond to customer needs, and will be extremely detailed oriented and conscientious. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Selection & Assessment • Developing and supporting job analysis and content-oriented data collection methods (e.g., interviews, focus group protocols, job observations, job analysis questionnaires, etc.) • Conducting, as well as reviewing for accuracy: content-oriented, concurrent and predictive criterion, and transportability validation studies • Developing as well as revising structured interviews, to include question development, and the design of behaviorally anchored scoring guidelines following industry and best practice guidelines • Conducting assessor and interviewer training • Preparing “Uniform Guidelines Style” written technical validation reports that summarize research findings • Creating and revising project presentations for clients and other stakeholders Project Management • Supporting and coordinating project and meeting logistics • Developing, and refining the development of tools and documents, such as: interview guides, technical reports, internal communications, SME instructions and protocols for use in the assessment revision/development process, and others as needed • Managing and coordinating recruiting, scheduling, and communicating with SMEs and other internal partners regarding timelines, required work products, outstanding action items, and obtaining feedback • Verifying facts, statistics, and any other key data utilized in assessments, interviews, and all other related materials • Proofreading assessments and support materials including technical reports, item bank questions, interview guides, assessment blueprints, test administration materials and other documents to ensure accuracy and consistency (e.g., version control, spelling & grammar, coherent organization, effective language use, etc.) • Evaluating processes and procedures for continuous improvement • Managing a master spreadsheet of project timelines, key deliverables, actions items, short and long term goals, project partners, and lessons learned
