Responsibilities: This position is responsible for delivering exceptional analysis and requirements definition for multiple ongoing projects within the Wireless Self Serve team. This role is responsible for analyzing, facilitating, prototyping and documenting requirements.


Requirements Definition:
• Manage the process of identification, design and development of enhancements for Mobile, Online and other self service functions.
• Implement ongoing reviews of Mobile, Online and self serve functions to identify areas of improvement and drive those to implementation through effective evaluation and communication of the opportunity.
• Project Manage the development and ownership of interface from concept to implementation by turning requirements into user flows.
• Lead and facilitate requirements sessions with key stakeholders and capturing project requirements
• Develop and implement innovative user interface design, graphics optimization, navigation, site layout and usability design.
• Create and manage prototyping and demoing planned functionality to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Implement ongoing reviews to identify areas of improvement and drive those to implementation through effective evaluation and communication of the opportunity.
• Work on ad-hoc projects such as Converged Solutions.
• Monitor performance/health of applications via Web Reports and other performance tools to quickly identify trouble spots.
• Analyze online and mobile data, trends and other reporting analytics.



Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.

Experience:
• Experience in Mobile marketing (required), e-commerce (required), marketing (preferred), sales and operations.
• Must possess a thorough understanding of the requirements definition phase, its deliverables, and its relationship to all other phases of the SDLC.
• Experience in writing world class requirements documents and strong facilitation skills are required.
• An understanding of Wireless self serve portals is a plus.
• Must possess strong verbal communication, project management and outstanding writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple/simultaneous, highly complex, cross-functional projects/initiatives.
• Highly responsive and proactive, supporting leaders and team.
• Proven ability to work and interact with multiple stakeholder groups and agencies/vendors.
• Strong capability to execute in a dynamic environment where creative thinking is required.
• Must be a highly disciplined, self-starter with the ability to execute on assignments independently, communicate effectively and exceed business owner expectations on all ongoing deliverables.
• Must have strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint highly proficiency required).
