Round Rock based enterprise technology firm is seeking a Project Manager who will implement, coordinate and monitor all aspects of marketing production process for lifecycle marketing vehicles (predominantly email an direct mail) and countries/sub regions according to the quarterly marketing plan. Consistently deliver error-free, legal and vendor funding compliant marcom that meets the global creative and branding guidelines.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Ensure faultless and on time execution for assigned vehicles, for example: catalogues, direct mailers, postcards, national press, magazines, banners, email, landing pages etc.
 Coordinate all necessary internal functions such as Brand/Merchandising, Marcom/GotoMarket (GTM), Vendor Funding, Online and Legal in order get the right input at the right time adhering to the standard global production process and production schedule.
 Ensure accurate implementation of all vendor guidelines in order to meet quarterly marketing development funding targets.
 Manage production agencies and other vendors involved (translation, printer, letter shop/fulfilment, postal services (?) ) in accordance to their service level agreement and in order to ensures accurate and on time implementation of Marcom activities.
 Input and validate data for assigned vehicles/countries in the quarterly production plan (statement of work), the weekly production logsheet/schedule and production process break analysis.
 Maximise marketing cost effectiveness and cycle time efficiency by implementing the standard production process, fully utilising defined tools and actively optimising production levels for assigned vehicles/countries.
 Participate in global projects to support the critical few initiatives for Operations and take ownership to drive continuous improvement projects. For example: production automation.
 Responsible for being the single point of contact for the production Agency for assigned vehicles/countries from vehicle brief through preparation rounds to approved final marcom.
 Works with appropriate Marcom/GTM and Brand/Merchandising teams for assigned vehicles/countries to prepare the detailed and complete vehicle brief including selection of the appropriate template/master, pagination, completing the flexible areas of that template including product configurations/bundles, bundle specifications, offers, pricing, call to action, product/campaign copy, images/graphics and vendor logos/copy.
 Enters the vehicle brief into the Briefing and workflow tool against that vehicle activity, ensuring appropriate and complete annotation of the PDF file, specification of links and content placement.
 Responsible for proof reading up to three rounds of preparation for each vehicle ensuring all required amendments are captured accurately, all required approvals are checked in Briefing and workflow and the vehicle production meets the production schedule and agreed service level with the production Agency.
 Owns resolution of production issues, escalations and delays through communication and co ordination of appropriate functions, management and/or Agencies.
 Liaises with centralised functions in the Region including Translation and Supply Chain Managers in order to produce assigned vehicles.
 Act as subject matter expert in vendor funding guidelines, production level definitions and standard production process in order to more effectively co ordinate the execution of the marketing plan.
 Ensure application of appropriate Legal treatments such as birdseed for each specific marcom piece.
 Govern adherence to the global creative template/masters, messaging copy and branding style guide for assigned vehicles/countries. Manage escalations for approval to Global Creative where necessary.
 Manage express creative/messaging requests for plug-in assets and copy amendments into the marketing Agency, engaging Global Creative and Messaging teams for approval where necessary.
 As required, upload example marcom pieces into the quarterly marcom audit presentation.
 Provide support for the Operations team within Region to cover other vehicles/countries during holiday periods and train/buddy new Operations Specialists coming into the team.

 Good verbal and written English skills. Multiple language skills are preferable
 Attentive to detail, comfortable and accurate with numbers, good writing abilities, expertise in proofreading
 Good time management skills - responsive, flexible, able to manage many projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
 Works independently and remotely to majority of other teams, dealing well with ambiguity
 Able to maintain well organised and accurate documentation
 Focused on delivering results with hands-on mentality
 Good communication skills, able to fit well within the culture of the CRM and extended teams
 Demonstrates problem solving, process analysis and process improvement skills
 Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
 Preferred understanding of the IT industry/market and the overall big picture regarding key sales and marketing strategies
