Job Description
Are you HIGHLY organized Project Manager, have excellent communications skills and love to drive project status meetings? We have an awesome opportunity for you!
You will be Managing highly complex client projects, prioritizing and influencing team members, senior leaders and projects sponsor to drive results and successfully execute on project plans.
Our client provides holistic solutions for their customers to ensure the business strategy is implemented throughout the employee lifecycle. They are a team that works collaboratively and creatively to exceed customer expectations and position our customers for success. This is a several month contract.

Key Aspects

  • Reports to Director of Client Success
  • Ensure all client projects are aligned to deliver on strategic vision, business and customer imperatives
  • Partner with Instructional Design team to plan and coordinate resources, tasks, and deliverables for each project
  • Foster valued relationships with our clients


  • Responsibilities
  • Monitors all client projects against metrics, and ensures team is up to date on all project deliverables
  • Complex project management of multiple simultaneous global designs
  • Create actionable metrics to measure the success of each client project and overall success of the program
  • Develop capacity models to forecast the delivery schedule for each client project, model different scenarios and project future resource needs based on business development pipeline
  • Mentor other Project Managers and contract Project Managers

  • Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably within business; or prior project management experience/PMI certification
  • Must demonstrate interest/experience in personal and professional development
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Transformation or merger integration environment experience ideal


  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, be detail-oriented and work well independently and in groups.
    ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration skills and conflict management skills
  • Must be able to evaluate and prioritize conflicting needs to provide the highest value to the company and client
  • Candidate must have a positive outlook and contribution to the team and client interactions
  • Must have the ability to anticipate roadblocks and communicate instantly and appropriately to all stakeholders involved
  • Previous experience leading teams; this team will be mostly remote, so experience leading projects with remote teams is helpful
