Our client is a large financial institution in Pennington, NJ looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

The project Manager will be responsible for coordinating risk based initiatives across a large operational organization. The Project Manager job entails supporting various projects and workstreams within the Risk Governance team and coordinating efforts across business units to support risk deliverables (including reporting, monitoring, collection, follow up, documentation, procedure writing, etc.). The Project Manager will have strong communication skills to work with senior management to deliver requirements, strong analytical, problem solving, quality management, and organizational skills. The Project Manager will have proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change, proven ability to make tough decisions and accept challenging assignments. Working knowledge of business unit’s functions is a plus.

Qualifications/Responsibilities of Project Manager:
• 5+ years experience in project management, operations business support or process design/risk based roles
• Strong analytic and communication skills, that can work well across the team and can adjust priorities flexibly.
• Advanced Sharepoint, data analysis and excel skills
• Skilled in writing business procedures, documenting results
• Ability to organize, participate in and/or lead meetings effectively across multi-site organization
• Strong understanding of operational processes and support
• Strong understanding of risk and control functions
• Responsibilities include building workflow tools to streamline monitoring, data collection and information sharing
