Project Manager- Web

Seeking a Project Manager with experience working on Web Marketing projects within an agency or large corporate environment! Pharma, Diagnostics, Medical Device, or Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred!

Primary areas of responsibility are:
1. Lead the US strategy, evolution and execution of all patient web interactions, including site design, SEO and SEM
2.The individual will partner with the HCP and Consumer Marketing team, CoRe managers, Public Affairs, Advocacy, and other cross-functional partners to develop new promotional tactics including in-person patient programs, CoRe training, and patient workshop collateral materials. Lead and/or manage the review and approval process for key marketing initiatives.
3. Assist in the development of the corporate marketing strategy
4. Assist in the development and execution of unbranded patient and advocacy marketing initiatives
5. Build, manage and execute company patient programs and communications to support the hemophilia community
6. Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with patient advocates, key customers and professional groups
7. Identify and manage marketing communications, outside agencies and consultants to meet expected project objectives and hold them accountable to agreed upon standards; provide oversight of critical agency relationships.
8. Ensure adherence to and manage budgets

This individual will be required to work closely with the following business functions to successfully lead various initiatives:
• Salesforce, especially Community Relations Manager team
• Marketing
• Public Affairs/Advocacy
• Legal
• Regulatory
• Medical
• Finance
• Multiple agencies


Qualifications
• Seasoned marketing professional, with 7+ years of in-line pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Must have strong creative and strategic thinking skills; strong leadership and influence skills; excellent communications skills
• Consumer marketing and/or community marketing skills preferred
• Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to successfully execute complex tactics
• Digital Marketing experience is required – Web, CRM, Social marketing.
• Patient Marketing and communication experience strongly preferred.
• Biotech marketing and/or experience in specialty/niche markets – especially hemophilia – is a definite plus.
• Self-starter who functions well independently and within a team.
BS/BA required, MBA preferred
